With Gabriele Hiester, yoga teacher and posture and movement coach, on Thursday 18 June 2026, from 6.00 pm to approx. 7.15 pm. The event is aimed at beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Please bring comfortable clothing, something to drink and a yoga mat. Cost: €20 per session.
Following a brief introduction to the current exhibition, you will fully immerse yourself in the moment during a mindful yoga session. In a relaxed atmosphere, the mind can find peace and your awareness can expand – a wonderful way to experience the art more deeply and find your inner self. To round off the evening, we warmly invite you to enjoy a cup of tea in an artistic setting.
