Under the title “The world in the flow of images: between pattern, fragment, and alienation in the art of Markéta Othová, Michael Bielický, and Kamila B. Richter,” research assistants Suzana Leu-Puggioni, M.A., and Marlene Reiche discuss the current exhibition.
While Markéta Othová demonstrates the rich variety of the supposedly always the same in her group of works featuring photographed fabrics, the paintings by Kamila B. Richter and the digital works by Michael Bielický focus on the question of pictorial reality. What is real and what is imagined?
There will also be culinary surprises from Gottschalk Catering and Riesling from the Matthias Müller winery.
