Jump in Art will this time be dedicated to Daniella Sheinman’s gift.
We explore the expressive lines of the Israeli artist Daniella Sheinman, who translated her inner fears into drawings after the terrorist attacks of 11 September. She translated her abstract works into large canvases. The chaotic, angular lines invite the viewer to come closer to the artist’s feelings through associations. In an abstract way, the paintings are reminiscent of (night)dreams, immersing the viewer in surreal, fearful worlds. The viewer thus experiences the artist’s manifold possibilities to convey strong messages through drawings. Suzana Leu and Rebekka Welker will lead the evening.
Due to the current pandemic situation and the rules in force, we are unfortunately only able to offer Jump in Art without catering and drinks. Therefore, the evening only costs the entrance fee plus 3 euros.
