On Thursday, June 26, 2025 (6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.), Jump in Art will take place on the topic “Erwin Wortelkamp. A Cosmos of Color” as part of the new exhibition by Erwin Wortelkamp. The title of the exhibition – “Perforations” – refers to the complex connections between nature, man-made architecture, and Wortelkamp’s subtle work. The upcoming Jump in Art evening is dedicated to Erwin Wortelkamp’s cosmos of color, which ranges from abstract-geometric to lyrically delicate forms and simultaneously exhibits an endless variety of techniques and approaches to surfaces, spaces, and materials. With nearly 240 works on paper, embossed prints, and 20 sculptures, the exhibition presents the multifaceted theme of “perforations” in Erwin Wortelkamp’s oeuvre.
