Our partner for this year’s Advent afternoon:
The Tai Chi Center has been an integral part of Koblenz’s cultural and health offerings since 1991. The large, bright rooms date back to the Wilhelminian era and contribute to the pleasant atmosphere. On around 300 m², you can devote yourself to traditional Far Eastern arts such as Tai Chi, Qi Gong, yoga and meditation. New beginners’ courses start in January, and there is a free trial lesson every first Monday of the month at 8 p.m. Free Tai Chi introductory lesson every first Monday of the month at 8 p.m. New beginners’ course: from January 7th, 2025, Tuesdays at 7 p.m. Weekend course: January 11th and 12th, 2025. Online course from January 31st, 2025.
