Dear ladies and gentlemen, dear visitors, dear parents and children on Saturday, December 16, 2023 (2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.) The Ludwig Museum invites you to a cozy Advent afternoon dedicated to the current exhibition „1966. Spain’s departure. An artist’s museum of the future“.
Christmas is the most traditional and well-known celebration around the world and lasts until January 6th in Spain. This year it will be about the country of our current exhibition “1966: Spain’s awakening. “An artist’s museum of the future”. Christmas in Spain is above all one thing, a celebration of coming together. The Spanish Christmas lights in Madrid, Barcelona, Malaga and Vigo in particular are a big attraction and enchant the evenings with their colorful glow. Just like celebrations, art brings people together this afternoon.
The Ludwig Museum invites you to a colorful Advent afternoon. You can expect, among other things, a music program of Spanish sounds, mysterious stories, curator tours on various topics, the opportunity to work with shapes and colors yourself, culinary delicacies and much more.
